Until you become a full Sii (CL 1), you can hear what others are communicating, but lack the skill to transmit yourself. -b ………. block/unblock the line -cc ………. toggle where the line is visible (Portal option) -h [#] ………. shows history of the line, last # chats -w ………. shows who's listening to the line emote ………. emotes the message instead
