Sii Guildmasters:
The purpose of the guild masters ("gms") is to improve the playing conditions of the guild members by providing administrative support.
This is accomplished by performing the following general duties:
- Providing support to players by helping to result (sic) intra- and inter-guild conflicts.
- Helping WGMs by recommending areas where the guild should expand (recommend new powers, problems with existing powers).
- Offering supporting documentation to guild members (NOTE that many of the guild powers and history are to be explored on an individual basis. However, the guild masters will provide other more common support; for example: which forms are most effective in which areas, etc.)
- Punishing those who do not act in the best interest of the guild.
This can include punishments such as:
- suspending members from the guild line if they are using it inappropriately (swearing, harassing others)
- suspending members from the box if they've sold off shared equipment, or have taken it and given it to other non-guild members (i.e. short-term loans are fine, but don't loot the box and give out things that other Sii have worked hard for)
More severe punishments can also include:
- suspending members from advancing
- suspending members from even gaining gexp
- suspending members from entering any (non-human) form
- forceable (sp) ejection from the guild, recruitbanned
Guild masters are distinguishable by the prefix to their formal rank: U', K', or A'. They also appear on the gwho, after the name.
The head of the council is given the rank of U'Genza'Doru. In game terms this is the wizard guild master. His word is absolutely law. The equivalent to other guilds is that of WGM.
The player representative who carries out the word of the U'Genza'Doru is given the title Kharam. His rank is augmented by a K'. The Kharam speaks with the full authority of the U'Genza'Doru. The equivalent to other guilds is KGM, or the head player admin.
The remaining council members report directly to the Kharam and are given the title Aram. His rank is augmented by a A'. The Aram is the workhorse of the gm structure, performing the daily responsibilities.
The current guild masters are:

A': Etah
